SHIPPING POLICY

At After Dark Rituals, your privacy and shopping experience matter to us. We make every reasonable effort to process orders promptly, package them discreetly, and ensure they reach you safely.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. During holidays, promotions, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

DISCREET PACKAGING

Your privacy is important to us.

Orders from After Dark Rituals are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging whenever reasonably possible. The exterior packaging will not contain explicit descriptions or imagery identifying the nature of the products inside.

Carrier labels and transaction descriptors may still contain information required by shipping carriers, payment processors, or applicable law.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

Delivery destination
Package size and weight
Selected shipping method
Carrier rates

Any available free-shipping promotions will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after order processing is complete.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by After Dark Rituals. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, regional emergencies, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address or other contact method associated with your order.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving tracking information for the carrier's tracking system to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

After Dark Rituals is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your property's mailroom or management office, and the shipping carrier.

If tracking does not show delivery and you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the appropriate carrier inquiry or claim when available.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the shipping box or packaging when applicable

Please keep the product and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Replacement, refund, or other resolution eligibility will be determined according to the circumstances of the order and our applicable policies.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain adult-wellness products may be subject to shipping, age, or legal restrictions depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable local and state laws regarding products ordered from After Dark Rituals.

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict an order when necessary to comply with applicable laws, carrier restrictions, payment-provider requirements, or other legal obligations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping, when offered, may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and additional carrier fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related charges imposed by the destination country.

After Dark Rituals cannot guarantee international delivery times or customs clearance.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personal and intimate nature of certain After Dark Rituals products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
